To ensure optimum results, Dr. Pournik uses digital scans and photographs to create detailed virtual and physical models of your final smile. She’ll tweak the virtual model until you are fully satisfied with the look. She uses the physical model to see how the teeth configure and come together for biting, adjusting them as needed.
Test Driving Your Smile
For patients getting veneers or crowns, Dr. Pournik creates a physical simulation of your future smile using a model that fits over your teeth. You can now see how your new smile will look directly on you. Dr. Pournik makes adjustments, such as longer or shorter teeth, a change of tooth shape or shade, until you’re fully satisfied with how your smile looks.
